Bao Bao Fest in Denver/Boulder Area
BaoBao Festival celebrates the West African tradition of gathering under the Baobab Tree for singing, dancing, drumming and narrative drama (storytelling). The festival is open to everyone in the community to participate in the interactive workshops and to watch the performances. The festival brings together talented performers who were members of professional dance and theater groups in Ghana and local performers from the United States and other West African Countries.
